Complex event and conferences organization

We provide a complex organization of your conference or congress. We support medical conferences and congresses as well as pharmaceutical, science, special events, industry meetings and trainings. We will arrange and service every event starting from small workshops all the way to huge international conferences and congresses for several thousands of participants. We provide complex organization and smooth service.

We have been organizing conferences and congresses since 1990. We organize full range of MICE events - meetings, incentives, conferenes, events. We serve trips to congresses, conferences, trade fairs, business meetings, group trips for companies. We offer group hotel reservations for companies and flight ticket group bookings. Our on-line bookings are made through our own developed booking systems. For cooperation with companies, we offer the possibility to create dedicated web applications tailored to your conference requirements. We are a licensed travel agency registered in the Central Register of Tourist Organizers and Travel Agents since 22nd of February 2000 under the registered number 1701-14 as the organizer of tourism. We are an accredited IATA (International Air Transport Association) Code 63-2 1003 3 since 23rd July 1997. We have travel insurance and OC insurance and are a member of the Polish Chamber of Tourism
We have been responsible for the two largest projects in our industry, namely the Polish Chairmanship of the Council of the European Union in 2011 (accommodation) and the creation of an innovative European Pass for the UEFA Euro 2012 tournament featuring the possibility of booking hotels, flight tickets, rail tickets, public transport tickets and travel insurance.
